What Is Willpower?

1) ASCENSION, DESCENSION, WILL & POWER
Power is the base and springboard of the creator.
Ascension is the process by which wounded and traumatized soul fragments that were lost during previous incarnations are collected, reclaimed and integrated for the soul's original unity to be restored.
That is how the descension process of the soul into the physical and energy body happens and how it becomes possible to unplug from the lower matrix, the denser dimension where the victim-perpetrator-savior dynamic keeps humankind bound to the illusion of separation and amnesia since whoever is a victim is not a creator and whoever is the divine creator of their life is fully responsible.
The re-integrated soul fragments are neutralized and their negative effect (unresolved karma) is dissolved and eliminated. That frees energy and aligns to divine will again.
Paradoxically, the more we evolve spiritually, the fewer choices we need to make (free will) because our soul chooses. The challenge is to remain conscious and aligned to our soul via our intuition to respond and react with accuracy to its divine will.
The will of the soul starts with a burning desire to transform and evolve. Those two are inseparable.
2) A MATTER OF CHAKRAS
For the transformation, evolution, ascension process to set off, unfold and progress steadily, it is necessary to have your chakras* balanced so they allow the energy to rise from the root chakra all the way up to the crown chakra to attain sovereignty (or from the Earth star chakra to the stellar gateway chakra if you are already operating with the 5th dimensional 12 or 13 chakra system which consists of the five chakras that were closed down at the fall of Atlantis that were recently restored to those most advanced spiritually; you can find out more about this via Diana Cooper or Celia Fenn, though they do not work with the exact same systems).
The metaphor of a very stable and sturdy energetic spine here is helpful. This energetic spine is what will assist you in letting go of or managing co-dependent dynamics in your life (victim-perpetrator-savior dynamics) such as with family members, toxic friends, and other draining relationships and situations.
3) THE SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA
The passing through the solar plexus chakra, center of willpower, self-determination, intellect, and personal power is a noteworthy stage indicating that you are leaving survival modes of living (reptilian brain) to enter a christed mode of living (neocortex, higher heart, 3rd eye, Spirit).
The solar plexus chakra, Manipura (color yellow) is developped during adolescence and represents our capacity to feel in charge of our life, enjoy a good sense of self-worth, self-esteem, self-confidence, a good self-image and a strong sense of identity.
4) A HOW-TO GUIDE TO WILLPOWER
How do you develop willpower, break through to the heart chakra, and avoid being stuck in an imbalanced solar plexus chakra full of the fear of losing what you have, powerlessness, victimhood, repressed anger, arrogance, and the need to control? In other words, how can you integrate soul fragments that may be stuck there?
To wield your power, make powerful and conscious choices, follow your heart, listen to your intuition, rise to a higher frequency, discover new truths, as well as maintain your solar plexus chakra activated, the key is to live in the now: the energy of the Here & Now is important for this chakra and the mental body to work well.
If you are stuck in the past (trauma, nostalgia, guilt, shame) or if you constantly project yourself into the future (anxiety, panic attacks, fear of the unknown), it is impossible to reach balance in the present moment, have faith, be mindful and aligned to the divine will of your soul, make decisions with authenticity and spontaneity (heart energy), which are qualities of a good leader, and therefore create your best, higher dimensional life.
Here are other ways to keep a sharp, 'well-ventilated’ mind:
adopting a healthy lifestyle (movement, regular showers or baths to clear your whole aura, not just your body, abdominal breath)
eating healthy foods (organic and non-processed, with as little sugar, salt and fats as possible)
avoiding smoking and alcohol consumption (the smoke or slight dizziness clouds clarity and prevents the connection to the akasha, the universal library, therefore obstructing interdimensional communication)
selecting cautiously what you read and all you feed yourself with intellectually (tone your brain muscles with challenging books, classics are excellent for that), culturally (no television, mainstream media, commercials, and anything that hijacks your mental energy or binds it to a brand such as ‘customer loyalty’ cards as well as subcriptions since those lead to significant energy leaks) and spiritually (beware of religious or New Age guides and organizations, make sure you remain sovereign and a free thinker at all times).
Along with the solar plexus and heart chakras, the throat chakra (voice, communication, creativity) is also crucial since it represents the center of expression and occupies a central role in the area of self-governance.
5) TRUE POWER
True power comes when you exercise willpower (solar plexus) to fully and easily express and create (throat) with loving kindness (heart).
The power and sovereignty you have acquired allows you to develop a keen sense of being part of divine royalty and belonging to divine aristocracy, and realize that you are a peaceful warrior serving in the armies of God and Goddess, thus feeling a great, ever-renewed and unhindered vitality that allows for an impeccable channeling and harnessing of your divine energy in order to fulfill your destiny.

We are in an age of desinformation, seduction, lies, and immaturity where intelligence, purity, and truth are the first victims.
